Walterboro Ford is seeking an experienced, results-driven Parts Manager to lead and grow our parts department.

About the Role
As Parts Manager, you will oversee all operations of the parts department, ensuring proper inventory levels, strong support for service and sales, and maximum department profitability. You will be responsible for managing departmental inventory investment, controlling obsolescence, and driving profitability through disciplined purchasing and inventory strategy. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, technician efficiency, and dealership performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control parts inventory, ordering, and stocking levels
- Improve inventory turnover and reduce obsolescence
- Lead, train, and develop parts department staff
- Support Service and Sales departments with timely parts availability
- Monitor sales, gross profit, and department performance metrics
- Maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety and dealership standards
Qualifications
✔ 5+ years of dealership Parts Manager experience (Required)
✔ Strong knowledge of inventory management and dealership operations
✔ Proven leadership and team development ability
✔ Strong understanding of margins, KPIs, and departmental profitability
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Process-driven and results-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits
